Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VibeMeASite, a chat-first tool for building and maintaining a website via an AI assistant. VibeMeASite is operated as an independent product, not a registered company at this time — reach us at admin@vibemeasite.com. By using VibeMeASite, you agree to these terms.

The service

VibeMeASite lets you describe, build, and edit a website through chat, and connects that site to hosting (Vercel), a database (Neon), a content/block platform (Cellpy), and email delivery (Resend) on your behalf.

Your account and site

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the content of the site you build, including any text, images, or booking-widget configuration you create or approve. You must have the rights to any content (including images) you have us publish.

The booking widget and connected calendars

If you connect a Google Calendar or iCloud Calendar to the booking widget, you authorize VibeMeASite to check your availability and to create, update, or delete calendar events corresponding to appointments booked through your site. You can disconnect a calendar at any time, which stops this access immediately (see the Privacy Policy for what happens to stored credentials). You're responsible for the accuracy of the services, hours, and any custom fields you configure on the booking widget, and for honoring appointments booked through it.

SMS / text messaging program

If you opt in to text messages (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our webinar registration page), you agree to receive recurring updates, webinar reminders, and custom website demo links from VibeMeASite at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for assistance. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VibeMeASite to:

  • Build sites for illegal purposes, or that infringe someone else's rights;
  • Send spam, or use the booking/contact-form features to harvest data from visitors without disclosing it to them;
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' sites/accounts;
  • Use the service in a way that violates the terms of any connected third-party provider (Google, Apple, Vercel, Neon, Resend, Cellpy).

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party services

VibeMeASite operates on top of several third-party providers (Google, Apple, Vercel, Neon, Resend, Cellpy). Your use of those providers' own infrastructure through VibeMeASite is also subject to their own terms of service. We aren't responsible for outages, changes, or issues originating from those providers.

No warranty

VibeMeASite is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We don't guarantee the service, your site, or the booking widget will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeMeASite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business, missed appointments, or data loss, beyond making reasonable efforts to restore service and data where feasible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
